Realty Byte: Ryan Serhant Takes A Dip In David Spade’s Newly-Sold $10M Malibu Pad

David Spade is laughing all the way to the bank.

The Grown Ups 2 star has finally sold his prime oceanfront Malibu property for $10.25M. Now, he didn’t quite make the $6 million profit he was hoping, but $10M ain’t too shabby (considering he bought the luxe digs for $9.3 million in 2005.)

Two years later, the manse was listed with “recent construction” so the comedian did put a small sum into the property. But finally after a six-year real estate roller coaster, the actor has said “buh-bye” to the beach paradise that not only has the Pacific Ocean but a sparkling outdoor pool to boot! (Don’t mind if we take a dip.)

The 3,763 square-foot property sits right off famed PCH in the ‘Bu, and with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the spacious two-story home is perfect for any beach-loving bachelor or family. The home’s high ceilings, large archways, and numerous windows connect the rooms with an open layout, natural lighting, and provide a relaxing beach retreat.

Aside from the roominess inside, the home also includes a sauna, art studio, 4 fireplaces, cylinder staircase, and 60 feet of bulkhead on La Costa Beach.

Let Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant give you the guided tour in the CB! video above.
