Ryan Reynolds Selling His $1.6 Million Hollywood Hills Bachelor Pad

Ryan Reynolds Sells Home

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively may not be ready for baby just yet, but are they getting rid of their prime properties for when that day finally comes?

The big screen heartthrob, who’s made his newlywed love nest with Lively in NYC, is trying his real estate luck at unloading his Hollywood Hills abode (once again) after it’s been on and off the market since 2009. And maybe the luxe remodel will do just the trick.

Reynolds bought the not-so-family-friendly pad six years ago for $1.715 million (pre Lively and Scarlett Johansson), and it’s now on the market for slightly discounted $1.599 million.

The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath starter home is pretty modest for the leading man, but he’s come a long way since his Van Wilder bachelor days (and the new owner will have a cool celeb story to tell.)
The 1,789 square-foot Tinseltown digs is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has the ultimate celeb must-have — privacy — with a walled entrance and gated courtyard. The home has been upgraded with hardwood floors, solar heating, charming French doors and remodeled bathrooms and kitchen.
Plenty of outside entertaining space is another property perk with private walkways, patio and stunning canyon views.
