Shonda Rhimes is adding author to her résumé: The Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal creator has inked a deal with Simon & Schuster to pen a memoir.
The book, to be published in 2015, will follow Rhimes’ decision to build a family before her career took off, and will cover the challenges of balancing parenthood and professional success. Rhimes is a single mother of three daughters.
