Snooki on Life With Her New Baby Daughter: “I Feel Like My Nipples Are Going to Fall Off”

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is getting candid about her life as a second-time mom. Like, really candid.

While recently speaking on her Podcast One show, the Jersey Shore alum dished about the trials and tribulations of motherhood, particularly all the things she’s currently going through while breastfeeding her new daughter, Giovanna Marie LaValle.

“I am literally a walking zombie” she said. “My boobs are killing me. I feel like my nipples are going to fall off.”

“I’m still in pain — not as much as I was — but all the moms out there, you know, like right after you give birth, you’re so scared to pee after, and you’re scared to do your first poops, but then when you do, it’s like, ‘All right. I’m good. I feel better now,’” Snooki, who gave birth last Friday, continued. “It’s always the anticipation of, ‘Oh, my God, it’s going to hurt.’ It’s just so sore down there. And my boobies are going to fall off. But it’s all worth it.”

According to the 26-year-old, giving birth to the 6.7 pounds baby girl was also no easy task.

“I don’t know how people give birth without getting drugs,” Snooki said of giving birth on her podcast. “You [moms who don’t get epidurals] are my heroes. You are amazing. You are freakin’ awesome. I don’t know how you do it, but you do and you survive and you’re stronger because of it. Dude, I give you all the props in the world, because me, I cannot take that pain. I was literally dying. I was trying to breathe and be calm, but it just feels like there’s a million knives stabbing you in the uterus and you can’t do it.”

The pint-sized reality star added in a post about parenting on her personal website, “Motherhood is just not sexy. Sore nipples, wearing depends, taking stool softeners & chugging prune juice.”

Just days before popping out her bun in the oven, Snooki voiced her frustrations about her second pregnancy, writing the same blog, “I’m at the point where I can’t move, I can’t sleep, I’m waking up 20 times throughout the night, rolling out of bed, waddling to the bathroom and praying that my mucus plug falls out and my water breaks and I’m just ready to go at this point.”

Ahh, the graphic beauty of motherhood.
