Tweeting late Thursday afternoon, Lionsgate announced that Game of Thrones star Natalie Dormer will play Cressida in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay. Fans of the book will remember Cressida as a director in the Capitol who helps lead Katniss’ (Jennifer Lawrence) uprising; fans of Game of Thrones will know her as Margaery Tyrell.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay will be split into two movies over 2014 and 2015, all to please the fans and not at all to milk this franchise for all its worth.
