Only someone who’s a wee bit off his rocker would get arrested twice in one week for trespassing the same home… But that’s exactly what Che Cruz–the man who was charged with felony stalking Selena Gomez–did.
The 20-year-old was arrested Sunday, March 30th for trespassing on SelGo’s property. Then, just hours after being released from jail on Friday, April 4th, he returned to her home yet again, attempting to jump the fence into her yard.
Though the trespasser was only charged with a misdemeanor and 45 days in jail–which were diminished to two–the first time around, he now faces felony charges of stalking and violating criminal order of protection this time, which could put him behind bars for up to four years.
And as if his attempt to break into Selena’s home twice in one week isn’t weird enough, the photos captured of him entering the Lost Hills Sheriff Station are creepy as all get out.
In several of the pictures he poses with his tongue out, clad in filthy sweatpants and baggy clothing, mocking the photogs as an officer walks beside him.
Hmm… Did he confuse Selena for Miley Cyrus?
