Usher will retain custody of his 5-year-old son despite the fact that he got injured after nearly drowning earlier this week, CNN reports.
On Friday, a Georgia judge dismissed an emergency motion filed by Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster seeking temporary custody of their two children following the accident.
