Vanessa Hudgens has gone old Hollywood!
The 26-year-old actress is making her Broadway debut in her role as Gigi in the musical of the same name, which is based on the much-loved 1958 film with Leslie Caron.
And since she’ll be playing a Parisian icon for the role, who better for the High School Musical alum to channel than Audrey Hepburn in a promotion for the upcoming role?
Rocking gloves, diamonds and the Hepburn’s signature chignon, Hudgens looks like a classical 20th-century woman in a black ball gown as the promotional clip promises “the romance and glamor of Paris.”
The musical–based on the Colette novella–tells the story of a young girl in Paris, training to be a courtesan but craving true love instead. It will begin running first in Washington, D.C. from Jan. 16 to Feb. 12 before coming on up to the Greet White Way in 2015.
