Your eyes haven’t deceived you. That’s really Alec Baldwin helping out in a yoga video.
The cameo is part of Baldwin’s wife Hilaria’s new DVD, Fit Mommy-to-Be Prenatal Yoga, made when she was pregnant with the couple’s daughter Carmen. (Little Carmen arrived in August).
“I did most of the yoga on my own, but he definitely helped me out. And part of the DVD is partner stretches,” Hilaria told Vanity Fair this week. (You can also thank VF for the exclusive clip, below).
“Sometimes I step into his world, and that was an example of him stepping into my world. He very much did what I wanted him to do,” she added. “I was the boss that day. We’re both very bossy people, and that day he let me be the boss.”
Fit Mommy-to-Be Prenatal Yoga is available for purchase Oct. 1.
