Melissa Joan Hart has worked hard for her bikini body and she is flaunting it. The 37-year-old Melissa & Joey star has lost 40 pounds, and the actress shared a revealing photo with her Instagram followers yesterday.
Melissa, who is the Nutrisystem spokesperson, posted this photo with the caption: “It’s not everyday I like to show a lot of skin but these days I’m feeling confidant. Thanks Nutrisystem! The Sabrina, The Teenage Witch star has three children with her husband Mark Wilkerson, and gained a reported 60 pounds during her third pregnancy. She lost 30 pounds before signing up with the meal delivery system, and now she looks better than ever. Last month, she raved about the weight loss program to Us Weekly, “They do healthy versions of the foods you like. I love Mounds bars and they have this almond-coconut bar. I don’t have to feel guilty.”
The actress also keeps fit by staying active, and making it a “social event.”
“I chitchat with friends on walks or run with my husband. It’s so nice not to be busting out of things or having to wear undergarments to keep things in. I feel good!”
