The couple and a third person, Amin Zahedi, were recently sued by a man named Amado Aguirre, who claims the trio attacked him while he was simply doing his job last December as a real estate appraiser. Aguirre alleges they mistook him for a member of the paparazzi when they physically injured him. He is seeking $1 million in punitive damages, on top of $350,000 in general damages, $35,000 in medical expenses and $100,000 for loss of future earnings.
