HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — With the ongoing writers’ strike keeping the hit series “24” off the air, Mary Lynn Rajskub was looking for something to occupy her time.
Rajskub, who plays computer whiz Chloe O’Brian on the Fox drama, found that answer in the name of a baby — the actress has announced that she is pregnant.
“With the strike going on, I had to keep busy!” the 36-year-old Rajskub joked.
Rajskub and her live-in boyfriend, 27-year-old personal trainer Matthew Rolph, will welcome their first child at the end of the summer.
“We are thrilled and couldn’t be more excited,” Rajskub said.
While production on “24” is still halted, fans of the actress can see her in the upcoming film, “Sunshine Cleaning,” in which she co-stars with Amy Adams, Alan Arkin and Emily Blunt.
