HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — "Heroes" star Ali Larter and her longtime boyfriend, actor Hayes MacArthur, got engaged over the weekend, according to People Magazine.
"It's true," a rep for the actress tells the mag. "They're thrilled."
The marriage will be the first for both Larter and MacArthur. No wedding date has been set.
Larter, 31, has been anxiously awaiting a proposal from MacArthur, who recently appeared in "The Game Plan."
"I told my boyfriend after three weeks that I wanted to marry him and that we could do it tomorrow," Larter recently said. "I look forward to that time when I'm home with babies."
In August, the actress spoke about being madly in love, saying that MacArthur has "brought light to my life. I feel lucky every morning when I wake up and see him."
Larter and Hayes starred together in the comedy film "National Lampoon's Homo Erectus" earlier this year.
