HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Alison Sweeney and her husband, Dave Sanov, are adding to their family.
The couple is expecting their second child together, according to People magazine.
The 31-year-old host of “The Biggest Loser” shared the news Monday night with the season-six cast of the NBC reality show.
“She told them that, in a season all about family, hers is about to get bigger,” Sweeney’s rep, Carrie Simons, told People.
Sweeney is best known for her portrayal of Samantha “Sami” Gene Brady on the soap opera “Days of Our Lives,” which she joined in 1993. She made her television debut at the age of 5 in a commercial for Kodak.
Sweeney and Sanov, who is a California Highway Patrol officer, were married in 2000. They welcomed their 3-year-old son, Ben, on February 25, 2005.
