Alyssa Milano Seeks Restraining Order From Alleged Stalker

Alyssa MilanoHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actress Alyssa Milano is seeking a restraining order against an alleged stalker, according to Access Hollywood.

The 35-year-old star reportedly filed for protection in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday. According to court documents obtained by Access, Milano claims that Jeff Turner, a 54-year-old resident of Santa Cruz, Calif., has broken into her home and has "obsessively" attempted to contact her.

In the filing, Turner is referred to as "an obsessed and mentally unstable celebrity stalker fan" by Milano, Access reports.

Turner's most recent alleged harassment reportedly took place on Nov. 16 and Dec. 3.

A court hearing on the matter has been scheduled for Jan. 21, 2009.
