LONDON — Amy Winehouse has checked back into a London Clinic, just days after she left the facility following a week of treatment, People reports.
The 25-year-old singer, whose health and substance abuse problems have been well documented, exited the London Clinic on Friday before checking back in Monday.
“She had a chest infection [last week] and underwent some tests to make sure nothing else was wrong,” a source told the magazine.
The source tells People that the Grammy winner appears to be committed to getting healthy again.
“She has been told to give up smoking and was initially struggling with that — she was covered in nicotine patches at one point,” the source told the mag. “But she is making an effort.”
