HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Forget the rumors: Carrie Underwood is not pregnant.
A rep for the country star has shot down a tabloid report that claimed Underwood was expecting her first child with husband Mike Fisher.
"Carrie is not pregnant," her rep assured Us Weekly in a statement Friday.
The 27-year-old singer was said to be two months into the pregnancy.
Underwood recently told ABC’s Robin Roberts that she wasn’t in a rush to get pregnant after marrying the hockey star last summer.
"We just want to be together and keep it as simple as possible," she said in November. "And I think a baby would just make things so complicated right now."
