Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Welcome Twin Babies Max and Bob

Charlie Sheen and Brooke MuellerHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller have started their family.

The couple welcomed twin boys Max and Bob on Saturday night, the actor's publicist confirmed to People.

"They're doing great," Sheen's rep said of the babies, the couple's first together. "And Brooke's doing great."

The pair's sons were an early arrival, with Mueller first being hospitalized a few weeks ago when she experienced premature contractions.

Sheen, 43, and Mueller, 31, first announced the pregnancy last August.

The couple tied the knot last May at a private estate in Los Angeles. It was the third marriage for the "Two and a Half Men" star, who has two daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with ex-wife Denise Richards. He also has a 24-year-old daughter, Cassandra, with his former girlfriend Paula Profitt.
