HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Courteney Cox has signed up to star on the NBC series “Scrubs,” according to Entertainment Weekly.
The 44-year-old actress will reportedly star in three upcoming episodes as the Chief of Medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital. Her character will “ruffle feathers,” a show insider tells EW.
HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Courteney Cox has signed up to star on the NBC series “Scrubs,” according to Entertainment Weekly.
The 44-year-old actress will reportedly star in three upcoming episodes as the Chief of Medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital. Her character will “ruffle feathers,” a show insider tells EW.
The medical comedy will be the Cox’s first role since her FX series “Dirt” was cancelled after two seasons.
Cox first caught eyes in the 1984 music video for Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark.” She then went on to star as Monica Geller on NBC’s hit sitcom “Friends,” which ran from 1994-2004.
The Alabama-native, who is married to actor David Arquette, will soon star in the big screen comedy “Bedtime Stories,” alongside Adam Sandler, Keri Russell and Guy Pearce.
