HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — It’s over for Blake Lively and Penn Badgley.
The Gossip Girl co-stars have split after three years of dating, a rep for the couple confirmed Wednesday.
Lively and Badgley, both 23, reportedly called it quits a few weeks ago.
So what caused the break up? An insider tells Star magazine that Lively wanted marriage and her beau wasn’t ready to commit.
"Blake comes from a traditional Southern Baptist background, and she’s always had her eye on getting married and having lots of children," the insider explained. "The pressure on him to settle down at such a young age finally reached the point where he realized he and Blake couldn’t get on the same page, timing-wise, about starting a family."
