HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Dave Grohl believes, if anything, that barbecued food can save Britney Spears.
The Foo Fighters frontman, who has had his own wild experiences with alcohol, drugs and wild parties, believes low-key family gatherings would stop Hollywood stars from going into meltdown.
Grohl said, "The kids now who are experiencing fame, money, paparazzi — they need to get their a***s out of the nightclubs and have a barbecue with their f***ing family once a week. It's not rocket science."
While the rocker admits he has not lived an entirely blameless life, he hopes he isn't going to hell.
The 38-year-old musician tells Maxim magazine, "I'd like to imagine I won't end up in Hell, but I think I've done too much acid and listened to too much death metal to sit on a cloud next to God with angels floating above my head."
