NEW YORK — Ethan Hawke and his wife, Ryan Shawhughes, have welcomed a baby girl, People magazine reports.
Shawhughes, a former nanny for the actor and his ex-wife, Uma Thurman, gave birth to a baby girl, Clementine Jane Hawke, on Friday in New York City.

Shawhughes, a former nanny for the actor and his ex-wife, Uma Thurman, gave birth to a baby girl, Clementine Jane Hawke, on Friday in New York City.
“I expect that they should be very good parents,” a close family member tells People. “They both love children, and they love each other … I know they are thrilled.”
It is the first child for the newlyweds, who quietly exchanged vows last month in New York.
The 37-year-old “Training Day” star also has two children with Thurman, daughter Maya Ray, 10, and son Levon Roan, 6.
Hawke and Shawhughes first announced that they were expecting a baby in January. The couple started dating after Hawke and Thurman split in 2004.
