HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The bitter custody battle between Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen continued Monday in an emergency hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court.
Richards is said to have triggered the closed-door hearing, which revolved around a reported issue taking place at Sheen's home.
According to the Associated Press, The 37-year-old actress and her attorney, Neal Hersh, brought a video to the courtroom, but it was only viewed by each side's legal team and not the judge. In the end, few changes were made to the current custody arrangment involving the former couple's two young daughters, 4-year-old Sam and 3-year-old Lola.
"Charlie is thrilled with the results," the actor's attorney, Fern Wender, told Access Hollywood.
When asked if she was content with the results, Richards told Access, "I am, thank you."
The 42-year-old Sheen, who stars on CBS' "Two and a Half Men," did not attend the hearing.
Ever since they officially divorced in 2006 after four years of marriage, Sheen and Richards have engaged in one of the most bitter custody battles in Hollywood history.
