Former ‘Felicity’ Star Amy Jo Johnson Welcomes Baby Girl

Amy Jo JohnsonHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Former “Felicity” star Amy Jo Johnson has given birth to a baby girl, according to People.

Johnson, 38, and her fiancé, Olivier Giner, 33, welcomed daughter Francesca Christine on Dec. 1. The couple’s first child weighed in at 7 lbs., 1 oz., the magazine says.

Johnson first rose to fame as Kimberly Hart, the first Pink Ranger of the Power Rangers franchise in 1993’s “Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers.”

The former gymnast, who starred on “Felicity” from 1998-2002, is also an accomplished singer and songwriter. She showcased her musical talent in the movie “Sweetwater: A True Rock Story,” a biography about the life of singer Nansi Nevins, whose band Sweetwater opened the Woodstock festival.

Johnson currently appears in the new CBS series “Flashpoint,” in which she stars as police sniper Jules Callaghan.
