HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Heidi Montag has her hands full – with or without Spencer Pratt in her life.
The reality star spent her Tuesday morning massaging her ample breasts, which she increased to a G-cup when she famously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in a single day in November 2009.
"Giving my self a soft tissue breast massage," Montag posted on Twitter. "Ladies, we have to keep those implants soft."
Hours earlier, Montag warned her followers about the pain that goes along with plastic surgery.
"Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned," she said. "I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get."
Montag’s plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, died last month in a single-car accident.
