HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actress Jeri Ryan has welcomed a baby girl, the actress’s rep confirmed to People magazine.
Ryan and her husband, Christophe Eme, who is a chef, welcomed Gisele Eme on Sunday in Los Angeles. She weighed 7 lbs., 13 oz.
“Both parents are thrilled,” David Lust, the star’s rep, tells People. “Jeri is resting comfortably and Christophe is playing the part of proud new papa quite well.”
The proud parents were married last June in the Loire Valley. The newborn is the couple’s first child together. Ryan has a 13-year-old son, Alex, from her previous marriage to politician Jack Ryan.
Ryan rose to fame as the ex-Borg Seven of Nine on “Star Trek: Voyager.” The 40-year-old actress currently stars on the CBS series “Shark,” alongside James Woods.
