HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jodie Foster is firing back at claims she attacked a teenage boy at The Grove in Los Angeles.
According to a police report obtained by RadarOnline, the unidentified 17-year-old alleges he had a run-in with Foster around 2 p.m. on May 29. The boy claims Foster chased him down in the valet area after he snapped photos of her, leaving him with visible injuries after she "poked him in the chest" and "pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm."
"She came after him, poked him in the chest and said, 'Do you even have a mother you slime ball?' " the victim's father told Radar of Foster, who was at The Grove seeing a movie with her two children.
"He didn't mouth back at all and was scared of her," he added. "At one point Jodie's son even came over to my son and apologized. Her kids were really embarrassed."
Foster has responded by calling the battery accusations a "fabrication" of the real story.
"This guy was most definitely a professional paparazzo," her rep told People. "He had a large camera bag and 1000mm telephoto lens. He tailed Jodie and followed her all the way from the movie theater to the valet."
The rep also said the Oscar winner asked the boy to stop after he continued to harass her.
"He crowded her and her two young children and took photos of them the whole time," explained the rep. "This guy's behavior was completely inappropriate."
