HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jodie Sweetin has filed for divorce from her husband, Cody Herpin, after 16 months of marriage, according to People.
The 26-year-old former “Full House” star asked for a legal separation when she filed her divorce papers Wednesday in Orange County, Calif., the magazine says.
Sweetin and the 31-year-old Herpin were married in Las Vegas on July 14, 2007.

The couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Zoie, in April.
In a February 2006 interview with ABC News, Sweetin revealed that she had battled a methamphetamine addiction for many years. The actress has credited Herpin for helping turn around her life.
