HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Ladies beware, Katy Perry is back on the market.
The “I Kissed a Girl” singer has reportedly split with her boyfriend of two years, Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy, according to Celebuzz.
“It’s a hardship, but she’s regrouping,” a source told the entertainment site.

The “I Kissed a Girl” singer has reportedly split with her boyfriend of two years, Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy, according to Celebuzz.
“It’s a hardship, but she’s regrouping,” a source told the entertainment site.
The couple’s breakup comes after they were spotted spending quality time together over the holidays. However, by New Year’s, they were apart. Perry, 24, was busy hosting Gridlock New Year’s Eve, a party held at the Paramount Pictures lot in Los Angeles, while McCoy, 27, was typing away on his blog.
“We fight every night, now that’s not kosher,” wrote McCoy. “I reminisce with bliss of when we was closer. And wake up to be greeted by an argument again, You act like you’re ten.”
“My friends always tell me how I’m lucky to possess the best looking girl in the whole U.S.,” he continued, “…it seems like just two years back when we were bonded and not pierced, but now I keep itchin’ to jet.”
In June, People reported that McCoy had given Perry a diamond promise ring, while giving himself a matching silver band with “Katy” inscribed on it.
“She was so excited! And I’d set up flowers everywhere,” he told the mag, adding that they were about to head out on the Warped Tour. “We’re going to spend the whole summer together… It’s going to be a good time.”
