MILWAUKEE — Kenny Chesney, Norah Jones and Jason Mraz have been added to the 2010 Farm Aid lineup, organizers announced Wednesday.
Also joining the bill for the music festival’s 25th anniversary are Jeff Tweedy, Band of Horses, The BoDeans, Amos Lee and Robert Francis.
Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews will also perform.
"Farm Aid 25: Growing Hope for America" will take place on Oct. 2 at Miller Park in Milwaukee, Wisc. The show will be broadcast live on DirecTV.
Farm Aid’s mission is to build a vibrant, family farm-centered system of agriculture in America. More than $37 million has been raised to assist farmers since Farm Aid launched in 1985.
