HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Lindsay Lohan has been released from jail, but she’s hardly a free woman.
The 24-year-old actress was discharged at 1:35 a.m. Monday from the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., where she served 14 days of a 90-day sentence for violating probation in a 2007 DUI case.
As expected, Lohan was released early due to jail overcrowding. However, the starlet is now required to begin a three-month stint in rehab. She is reportedly being treated at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Lohan must stay clean and sober until August 2011, when her probation term is over. She also faces a year of random drug testing.
This is the second time Lohan has been locked up at Lynwood. She famous served 84 minutes at the all-women’s jail in 2006.
