HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Lindsay Lohan could be heading back to jail after reportedly failing multiple drug tests.
According to TMZ, the 24-year-old actress tested positive for cocaine last week. She also allegedly failed a second test, the details of which weren’t revealed.
Both tests were reportedly administered within days of each other.
Lohan was released from rehab on Aug. 24 after 22 days in treatment. She had been ordered to spend three months in rehab as part of her sentence for violating probation in a 2007 DUI case.
The starlet entered rehab on Aug. 2 after serving 14 days of a 90-day jail sentence stemming from the same case.
Lohan could face an additional 30 days in jail for each failed drug test, but she has denied the latest allegations.
"They’re all nuts," she told Us Weekly when asked about TMZ’s report, adding that she’s "fine."
When reached by ABC News, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office said it wasn’t aware of Lohan failing violating her probation.
"We are not commenting on it," said L.A. District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison. "The judge has not issued a hearing and we do not have any official report."
She added, "We do not expect to see a report [of the drug test results] today, maybe on Monday."
