HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Mary-Louise Parker and her “Weeds” co-star Jeffrey Dean Morgan have called off their engagement, the Associated Press reports.
The couple started dating in 2006 after meeting on the set of their Showtime series in which Morgan, 41, plays Parker’s deceased husband.
They briefly split last summer, but appeared together again in December on the red carpet for the premiere of Morgan’s film “P.S. I Love You.”
The pair announced their engagement in February.
Parker, 43, has a 4-year-old son, William, from a previous relationship with actor Billy Crudup. The actress also adopted a baby girl from Africa last September.
