The 44-year-old actor was busted for speeding Tuesday night on Interstate 91 in Newbury, Vt., where he was clocked driving 106 mph in a 65 mph zone, according to The Associated Press.

Dillon, who was driving a rented 2009 Chevrolet Impala, was charged with driving at an excessive speed since he was allegedly driving more than 30 miles faster than the posted speed limit, AP says.
Dillon is due to appear at Orange County Court on Jan. 21, where he faces a $300 fine and three months in jail, if convicted.
“We’re trying to treat him no different than we would anyone else,” a police spokeswoman told AP.
A rep for Dillon refused comment.
