‘Megamind’ Remains No. 1 at Weekend Box Office

Megamind, movie, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The animated super-villain comedy Megamind cruised to the top of the box office for the second straight weekend with sales of $30 million, according to studio estimates released Sunday.

The DreamWorks Animation picture, which features the voices of Will Ferrell, Brad Pitt and Tina Fey, raised its two-week total to nearly $90 million.

Opening in second place at $23.5 million was the runaway train thriller Unstoppable, which stars Denzel Washington and Chris Pine. The film outlasted the Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis comedy Due Date, which slipped to third place at $15.5 million.

A pair of debuts – Skyline (11.7 million) and Morning Glory ($9.6 million) – finished fourth and fifth, respectively, to round out the weekend top five.
