HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Men all over the world found themselves with plenty of free time Tuesday thanks to Megan Fox boycott day.
The boycott of the brunette babe was organized by some of the biggest manly sites on the Web in an effort to do away with all things Megan Fox — well, for at least one day, that is.
Among the Web sites participating in “A Day Without Megan Fox” were Asylum.com and AskMen.com.
“Widely considered the hottest woman alive, Megan Fox has had our balls in a jar for years,” stated an Asylum staffer in a video announcing the boycott last month. “And we’ve been happy to reap rewards on her and enjoyed the corresponding traffic.”
“But no more,” chimes in another staffer. “Somewhere between the millionth picture of her thumb and the latest quote about how she can fit an entire Sprite can in her mouth, what was left in our souls cried out enough.”
The banded-together sites vowed to not write about the 23-year-old “Transformers” star no matter what happened today. A punishment that frankly seems unjust to mankind.
