HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Megan Fox’s male admirers can stop their drooling, the sexy actress won’t be suiting up as Catwoman.
A rep for Warner Bros. is shooting down a report by the British tabloid The Sun, which claimed the 23-year-old star would follow in the footsteps of Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry by playing Catwoman in the next “Batman” movie.
“It’s rumor. It’s not true,” a studio rep told People. “There is no script. There is no project to be cast in.”
The caped crusader last graced the big screen in 2008’s “The Dark Knight,” a film that earned the late Heath Ledger a best supporting actor Oscar for his turn as the Joker.
Fox will next star in the thriller film “Jennifer’s Body, which arrives in theaters Sept. 18.”
