HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – Pamela Anderson appears to be pushing through with a divorce from her third husband, Rick Salomon.
After Anderson filed for divorce in mid-December, and then days later said they were “working things out,” her attorney filed a proof of service of summons in Los Angeles Superior Court, according to CelebTV.com.
The document, filed on Dec. 28, shows that Salomon was served with divorce papers on Dec. 15. He has 30 days to file a response to her divorce claim.
In a posting on her Web site Thursday, Anderson says she is enjoying some family time, but does not mention Salomon. “My kids and I had a great new years in Vegas! They loved the fireworks and hot chocolate at midnight. Mommy made it home by 1:30 am. Nice! Now on family vacation in the snow. We are doing great. Getting rest and planning new year.”
Anderson, 40, filed for divorce from Salomon, citing irreconcilable differences, just 70 days after the couple got married in Las Vegas on October 6.
The former “Baywatch” actress was previously married for three years to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee and had a short-lived three-month marriage to rock star Kid Rock last year.
Salomon, 39, was previously best known for his role in a much-publicized sex tape with Paris Hilton.
