HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn have a love for philanthropy, but forget about reports suggesting they’re hot and heavy.
"Scarlett and Sean are not dating – they have been friends for years. Nothing more, nothing less," her rep tells People magazine. "They have been talking over the last few months regarding Haiti Relief and Scarlett’s upcoming trip to Haiti as Oxfam’s Global Ambassador."
The starlet’s rep is keeping busy now that Johansson is single again, having recently denied reports linking the actress to Jason Sudeikis.
Johansson, 26, and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, split in December after two years of marriage.
