LOS ANGELES – Rick Springfield has been arrested on suspicion of driving drunk.
The 61-year-old rocker and soap star was arrested Sunday night after a routine traffic stop in Los Angeles, according to TMZ.
Springfield reportedly failed several field sobriety tests after police pulled him over for a traffic violation and smelled alcohol. His blood alcohol content was measured at .10, which is .2 over the legal limit.
The "Jessie’s Girl" singer was taken to a nearby jail and has since been released.
Springfield has yet to comment on the DUI arrest.
