HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Phish is getting back together.
The rockers have announced that they will reunite for three shows next March in Hampton, Va.
In a posting on their Web site, the band says they will play March 6-8 at the Hampton Coliseum. They also have plans to add additional 2009 dates in the future.

Formed at the University of Virginia in 1983 by guitarists Trey Anastasio and Jeff Holdsworth, bassist Mike Gordon, and drummer Jon Fishman, Phish enjoyed a cult following until they disbanded in 2004. Rolling Stone magazine even referred to them as “the most important band of the 90s.”
