HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Selena Gomez is putting an end to those pesky dating rumors involving “Twilight” hunk Taylor Lautner.
“He’s one of my good friends,” the 16-year-old Disney star explained to Extra of her rumored boyfriend.
The pair have been on couples watch ever since April when they were first spotted together in Vancouver, Canada. Both young stars have been in the city shooting different movie projects, with Gomez filming “Ramona and Beezus” and the 17-year-old Lautner at work on the “Twilight” sequel “New Moon.”
While they may be spending lots of time together while in town, Gomez was steadfast in assuring everyone that she’s still on the market.
“I’m single,” she said. “Definitely single.”
