NEW YORK — Sienna Miller is headed for the bright lights of New York City.
The 27-year-old actress will make her Broadway debut this fall by starring in "After Miss Julie," according to The Associated Press.
Miller's Miss Julie character is one of only three roles in the production, which will be directed by Mark Brokaw.
She will star as a wealthy young woman involved with a family manservant, a role that Daily Mail columnist Baz Bamigboye deems as perfect for Miller. Bamigboye says that the chance to work with Brokaw on the play "gives her a fantastic opportunity to show everyone what I know she's capable of at her best."
"It might mean no parties while she's doing the play, though," adds Bamigboye, in reference to Miller's lifestyle and romances that have long been a hot tabloid topic.
The production is set to begin in September at Roundabout Theatre's American Airlines Theatre on New York's famed 42nd Street.
