HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Sophia Bush and Austin Nichols are not planning a wedding. Well, at least not yet.
The 28-year-old actress has shot down a Star magazine report that said the former One Tree Hill stars were taking the next step in their relationship.
"Must be a slow week in the gossip world," Bush said on her Twitter page Thursday. "Sorry y’all, we’re not engaged! Shooting a TV wedding, not a real one!"
Bush and Nichols, 30, have been dating off and on since 2006, shortly after her divorce from another One Tree Hill star, Chad Michael Murray.
"We’ve been dating off and on for the past four years. I was pretty terrified," Bush said of her relationship with Nichols earlier this year. "We had so many years of history prior to him coming to work on the show, and I think someone taking a job and moving their life across the country to show you how much they care is pretty much the most romantic gesture that a person could make."
