LOS ANGELES — The stars stepped out for a scary time on Saturday night as Spike TV held its annual Scream Awards at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
The biggest winners at the fourth annual ceremony were Twilight, which took home honors for Best Fantasy Movie and Breakout Performance for Taylor Lautner, and HBO’s hit series True Blood, which won Best TV Show, Best Villain for Alexander Skarsgard, Best Horror Actor for Stephen Moyer and Best Horror Actress for Anna Paquin.
The Scream Awards honor the best in the sci-fi, fantasy, horror and comic genres.
