HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Tom Sizemore is facing more legal trouble after allegedly having a heated dispute with his fiancé.
The 47-year-old actor was busted for domestic violence Wednesday night around 10:45 p.m., the Los Angeles Times reports.
Sizemore was arrested after police were called to a home on Beaudry Avenue. He was later booked and jailed, with bail set at $20,000, the newspaper said.
Sizemore, who has long battled a drug addiction, has an extended history of trouble with the law. In 2003, he was convicted of assault and battery against his ex-girlfriend, the former “Hollywood Madam” Heidi Fleiss.
Two years later, Sizemore was sentenced to 17 months in jail and four months in a drug treatment program after failing a court-ordered drug test while on probation.
He was also arrested outside a Bakersfield hotel in 2007 on methamphetamine possession charges. That was followed by his arrest in May on an outstanding warrant stemming from his Bakersfield arrest.
Sizemore, whose acting credits include such blockbuster films as “Saving Private Ryan,” “Natural Born Killers” and “Black Hawk Down,” is scheduled to appear on the next season of Dr. Drew’s VH1 reality series, “Sober House.”
