Video: Depeche Mode’s Martin Gore Working on New Album ‘Sounds of the Universe’ with Ben Hillier

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Depeche Mode is currently in the studio putting the final touches on their upcoming new album, “Sounds of the Universe.”

“Sounds of the Universe,” the group’s twelth studio release, marks a reunion between Depeche Mode and Ben Hillier, who previously produced their 2005 album, “Playing the Angel.”

The legendary British band will be introducing the album’s debut single, “Wrong,” at the 2009 Echo Awards in Berlin, Germany on Feb. 21.
