HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Chart-topping music career. Check. Teenage heartthrob. Check. Funny or Die Web site takeover. Check. Such is the life of Justin Bieber these days.
The 16-year-old pop star is getting the last laugh on April Fool’s Day by "buying" Will Ferrell’s comedy site and changing its name to "Bieber or Die."
"I’m a star. I do what stars do," Bieber boasts in one video posted on the site. "I ride on yachts, I autograph lady lumps and I pay people to slap them."
"I once ran into a club. They said, ‘Sir, you’re not old enough.’ So I bought the club, and I made it a Chuck E. Cheese," he joked. "Now who’s old enough, bitch?"
Fans who can’t get enough of the Canadian crooner have plenty of choice videos to choose from, including "Bieber After the Dentist," "Dramatic Bieber," "Bieber Takes a Tumble" and "OMG Bieber vs. Chuck Norris vs. Bear."
The "Never Let You Go" singer is certainly deserving of some swagger at his tender age. After all, his debut album, My World 2.0, sold 283,000 copies in its first week, topping the Billboard charts and making him the youngest solo male singer since Stevie Wonder in 1963 to reach No. 1.
