HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Denise Richards and her ex-hubby, Charlie Sheen, apparently have something new to fight about.
Extra is reporting that Richards and Sheen, who married in 2002 and first separated in 2005, will be facing off in court this week — this time over a reality show that Richards wants to star in.
According to sources, the 42-year-old Sheen is irate that the show has intentions to feature his and Richards' two daughters, 3-year old Sam and 2-year old Lola.
"This goes against everything Sheen believes in... and he feels it's exploitative of the children for the mother's own vanity and greed," a close source of Sheen's reveals to Extra.
In order for the former couple's children to appear on the show, Sheen must grant his approval, which he has so far refussed.
This week, the 36-year-old Richards will reportedly ask the court to revoke her former hubby's power as father with regards to this particular matter, so she can move forward with the show without his consent.
Richards and Sheen have engaged in a very public bitter divorce battle over the years in which the actress has made several allegations against the "Two and a Half Men" star. Among the allegations by Richards previously revealed in court documents are accusations that Sheen "inappropriately" touched their daughters — claims he has vehemently denied.
