HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Frankie Muniz said his girlfriend was "going crazy" when he called 911 last weekend during the couple's heated domestic fight.
On the 911 call obtained by TMZ, the former Malcolm in the Middle star can be heard telling the dispatcher that girlfriend Elycia Turnbow is "trashing the house."
Moments later, Turnbow can be heard yelling,"You just hit me." That prompts Muniz to reply, "I did not hit you. You punched me in the face."
The 25-year-old star also pleads with the operator to not send police to the couple's Phoenix, Ariz. home.
"I don't want to make a big deal because I am a celebrity," he tells the dispatcher. "I don't want there to be a big deal. I don't want any charges — I just want her to stop throwing stuff."
On Friday, Muniz's rep told People the duo has since resolved their issues and are "still very much a couple."
"Neither one is interested in finger-pointing at the other," said the rep. "It was a situation that escalated beyond a point that it needed to be. If anything, they will look back at this as a learning opportunity."
The rep also clarified reports that Muniz held a gun to his head while fighting with Turnbow, a 33-year-old publicist.
"He was not suicidal," said the rep, noting that Muniz's gun was "voluntarily handed over" to authorities for safekeeping.
Neither person was arrested in the incident.
